In a few more days' time, I will be sitting for my last SPM papers, which are Chinese paper 1 and paper 2. I am of course LOOKING FORWARD to the end of SPM, which also means the end of suffering.
But on the flip side, I'm sad. Really. Being a loyal student of SMK USJ 13 for 5 long years, I will certainly miss my school for I have fostered a strong bond with everything associated with it.
Esp my friends, who have gone through thick and thin with me, esp those who are in the same class with me since Form 1. And of course, I will NEVER forget my teachers. Teachers like Pn. Rachel, Pn. Tan, Pn. Nurhayati, Cik Tan, Mr. Jega.. They are experienced teachers with the best teaching ability. ( Guru Cemerlang =] )
They have moulded me into what I am today, a 17th-year-old teenager on the verge of stepping foot into the adult realm.
Not only that, I will also miss all the fun and excitement in school throughout my 5 years of schooling. I will miss the scene in canteen where I perspire profusely during recess as the fans are not powered while I eat the nasi lemak which is soo spicy that I could barely withstand; I will miss the time during P.J when my friends and I would play a game of badminton.
I will miss English lessons in class where I could spend time on other personal affairs as En. Jega talks in his phone; I will miss the laughter, funny chatters in class where Beng Kiat and Shin Yee would involve in a childish quarrel; I will miss the yearly Jogathon, the annual Scrabble competition, the annual Sudoku competition- in which I always win =).
I will miss Chemistry lessons, a time when I enjoy carrying out fun experiments; I will miss our Y.E Club, Ace United Enterprise where we have achieved so much as a team learning business skills; I will miss Pn. Yeoh's funny lecture; I will miss Chinese lessons when I would be seen chatting away gleefully with Abel, Wei Khuan and Teck Quan.
I will miss practically EVERYTHING. 2ndary school life is just so fun, zesty and roving. However, everything comes to an end and so do my years in SMK USJ 13.
No one is able to stop the running of time. It just goes on and on, and only God knows when it ceases.
And so I had to stop clinging too much to the past and have to embrace the future A.S.A.P.
Until now, I'm still unsure of which college to join. Heard that many of my friends would be heading to Taylor's University College, which is a renowned college in our country. But the fees are COSTLY. Way too expensive.
For now, I shall enjoy the next few days blogging and of course, studying Chinese. And I am more than delighted to clear my desk by .. removing all SPBT books.
